Ilpo Kokkila, Chairman
Mr. Kokkila founded SRV Group in 1987, and has served as its Chairman of the Board ever since. He is the 100% owner of Pontos Group. Mr. Kokkila is also a member of the Board of Kesko and Vice Chairman of the Finnish-Russian Chamber of Commerce since 2006.



Juhani Mäkinen, Member
Mr. Mäkinen is the Chairman of the Board at Aval Ltd. He has been entrusted with non-executive directorships in several corporations. Mr. Mäkinen has a solid experience in banking, mergers and acquisitions, securities, company law, insurance law and regulatory law.



Timo Kokkila, Member
Mr. Kokkila is specialized in real estate and project development. He is a member of the Board of SRV Group since 2010, a member of the Board of Renor Oy since 2008 and member of the Supervisory Board of AS Viru Center since 2008.
