Our way of working
All the investments are done from our own balance sheet. We act as a mid- or long-term investor. Our goal is to secure sustainable growth in all our partnerships and investments. Pontos invests into private equity and real estate in Finland, the Baltic States and Russia. Our approach is exceptionally flexible and we can act as a minor or major shareholder depending of the total investment value. The net value of our portfolio is in the range of 150-200M€.
