Elina Lae

As General Counsel, Elina is the legal support of the board and the management in all legal matters. She is also in charge of Pontos’ risk management, the largest private equity portfolio companies and participates in the planning of the investment, financial administration and sustainability strategies.

Education: Juris Doctor (USA), LL.M., LL.B. (Suomi), Certified Board Member (CBM) degree
