Päivi Tomula

As Pontos’ Investment Director of Real Estate, Päivi is in charge of the company’s real estate portfolio. She is also responsible for preparing and implementing the real estate strategy, new real estate purchases and sales as well as heading development projects. Päivi works as a board member or chairperson in Pontos’ real estate portfolio companies, where she promotes sustainable value creation in accordance with Pontos’ active ownership principles. She also participates in planning Pontos’ investment strategy.

Päivi is also charged with ensuring actions based on Pontos’ sustainability strategy, especially in the real estate portfolio.
