Pontos’ portfolio company Hintsa Performance has acquired British digital mentoring platform Grasp, which offers every single employee of an organization, regardless of their position, an opportunity to communicate with other employees of the company, helping to create engaged communities and open culture. The collaboration aims to promote holistic, preventative and impactful services for corporate wellbeing.
Hintsa’s rapid growth in the corporate sector and increasing global demand has accelerated Hintsa’s transformation into a technology-powered coaching company. Using technology created by British serial entrepreneur Ed Beccle, Hintsa can now expand its methods and human-centric coaching from the C-suite to all employees. Hintsa is trusted by leadership teams in over 500 organizations globally, and its services cover over 40,000 employees among its largest client organizations.
