The sales of Viru Keskus has been completed

Pontos has completed the sales of Viru Keskus in Tallinn to Estonian real estate companies AS Kapitel and Tristafan Oü after the Estonian Competitive Authority approved the sales. The parties do not disclose the price of the transaction.

Pontos announced on 8 December 2023 that it will sell its stake in Viru Keskus with a leasable surface area of around 29 000 m² and nearly 100 shops currently operating in the center. Pontos and Kapitel have collaborated on developing Viru Keskus since its construction in 2004.
