Pontos has sold its last property in the ReLog real estate portfolio

Pontos Group has sold its logistics property located at Tuottajantie, Seinäjoki. The investment was part of the Relog portfolio, which covers ten assets and was acquired by Pontos from NREP in spring 2019. Pontos has held majority holdings in the Relog portfolio since 2014. The portfolio included logistics, storage and retail assets with a total leasable area of 95,500 square meters.

The ReLog portfolio was included in Pontos’ divestment strategy.
