Pontos has sold its holdings in AVIA Real Estate to Finavia

Together with real estate investor Nrep, Pontos has sold its holdings in real estate and real estate development company AVIA Real Estate to Finavia. AVIA Real Estate has a total of 210,000 square meters of leasable premises in the vicinity of the airport.

Current tenants of the premises include companies working with the airport’s operations and the customer experience of travelers. In conjunction with the transaction, Pontos and the NSF III fund managed by Nrep have acquired DHL Express’ logistics centre under construction.

The parties will not disclose the purchase price.
