Viru Keskus

Viru Keskus

The number one shopping and entertainment hub in Estonia, Viru Keskus is located in the heart of Tallinn, adjacent to the old town. In 2015, Viru Keskus was awarded the silver LEED certificate (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).

Viru Keskus opened its doors in 2004, and was fully renovated ten years later. The destination attracts approximately 16 million annual customers and has an annual turnover of approximately €135M. Currently, there are 109 businesses operating at Viru Keskus.

Ombria Resort

Ombria Resort

Ombria Resort is Pontos’ modern and environmentally friendly area development project in Algarve, Portugal, north of the town of Loulé. The resort is located in a peaceful area of natural beauty, amid rolling green hills ripe with rivers and leafy cork oaks and oak trees. Ombria Resort has an area of 153 hectares. There are several construction projects under way in the area, such as the luxury 5 star Viceroy at Ombria Resort hotel, apartments, townhouses, villas, and a golf course. The resort will offer a wide range of leisure and entertainment options.

RYO

RYO

Located in Panevėžys, the fifth largest city of Lithuania, RYO is the leading shopping center in the Aukštaitija region. Following a renovation and expansion completed in 2015, RYO now has an area of 24,000m2. The updated and modernized shopping and entertainment center now has more fashion boutiques and restaurants. The local and global brands include H&M, Lindex, New Yorker, Takko, Camel Active, Deichmann, Rimi, KFC, and Apranga. RYO was chosen as the best shopping center in the Baltic in 2016.

Renor

Renor is a Finnish real estate construction company that owns, builds, and leases commercial premises. The company provides its customers with unique premises and new services in historical buildings, which Renor turns into lively urban blocks. Renor is ready to invest in properties and portfolios together with other financers and to lend its expertise to the development and management of the target properties.

Sokos Hotel Viru

Sokos Hotel Viru

Located in downtown Tallinn, the legendary Original Sokos Hotel Viru offers stunning vistas over the city and the most diverse selection of rooms in Tallinn.

Operating in connection with the Viru hotel, Solo Sokos Hotel Estoria is the only design and story hotel in Estonia. Each room tells its own exciting, fascinating story about Estonia, and on the basis of customer feedback, the hotel is one of the top 5 hotels in the country. The hotels are connected by Viru Conference Center, which provides conference rooms for up to 1,100 guests. A wide selection of restaurants, the Viru Keskus shopping center, and the KGB museum make the complex worth a visit. Both hotels are part of the Sokos Hotels chain, one of Finland’s largest and best-known hotel chains. Altogether, Sokos Hotels has 50 hotels in Finland, Tallinn, and St Petersburg.
