Why did we invest?
Our 2018 investment in Hintsa marked an important step for Pontos in promoting work wellbeing and a better working life balance. On the company side, Hintsa had approximately tripled its business during two years and had a positive growth outlook. We were also impressed with the company’s coaching method and expertise based on the company founder Aki Hintsa’s successful career as a coach and doctor.
The company has worked in some of the most challenging environments in business and sports for over 20 years. Its clientele includes Formula 1 champions, Fortune 500 CEOs and global organizations, all of whom trust of Hintsa to optimize their performance. The company employs over 150 experts in London, Zurich, Abu Dhabi, Helsinki and Zug. Hintsa has been recognized as a leading expert in its field by the World Economic Forum and McKinsey Quarterly, among others.
