Why did we invest?

Investing in one of Finland’s largest construction companies in 2020 was a significant step for Pontos in increasing investments in business related to real estate. SRV’s wide business operations in Finland as a builder of schools, homes and hospitals as well as in city centers worked well with Pontos’ goals of holistically developing the real estate industry, starting with construction.

SRV was founded in 1987 and has been listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange. The company operates in growth centers in Finland and is one of Finland’s largest deliverer of hospital projects. The company has also constructed several schools designed as multifunctional spaces that aim for minimum energy consumption and healthy indoor air. SRV has also been involved in the expansion of the Helsinki-Vantaa airport’s terminal 2.
